The Golf Club Shipping Information  

 
  • Credit card orders are charged at the time of the sale, usually prior to shipping.

    Processing Time: Most orders placed for "in-stock" items by 12 noon CST. Tuesday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekends and on Mondays may not ship until Tuesday depending on volume. If Monday is a holiday, please allow an extra day for processing and shipping.  Due to the large volume of orders during the Christmas Holiday Season (November - December), orders placed (including those eligible for overnight shipping) are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Shipping from our warehouse only happens during Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is extremely time sensitive, please contact our customer service department before placing your order to verify expected delivery times for your products.

    Out of Stock Items: Out of stock items that have to be ordered from the manufacturer usually are shipped within five days but could take as long as 7-10 days before shipping. You will be notified via e-mail the estimated shipping time for your order.  When your order is processed, you will be emailed an update of your order status. If your item has shipped you will see tracking number next to the shipped item(s). 

    Notification of Shipping:

    Order Tracking: In-stock items shipped via UPS can be tracked by pointing your browser to http://www.ups.com and inputting your UPS tracking number. Orders shipped via Federal Express can be tracked by pointing your browser to http://www.fedex.com and inputting your Federal Express tracking number.

    Out of Stock, Special Order Items:  If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped ground UPS from the manufacturer or from our stock as soon as it is available. 

    Notification of Out of Stock Items: Items that are out of stock will show an estimated shipping time in the order update e-mail. Shipping time is estimated as the time it will take before the item leaves our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse and on its way to you. It does not include UPS ground transportation time.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Golf Club purchase. We understand that sometimes you have to hold, fondle and see your Golf Club to be sure. This is difficult to do over the Internet, even with quality photography. So we offer you our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be completely comfortable with your purchase.

    We give you a full 10 (thirty) days from the date of shipment to decide about your purchase. Inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it. We inspect every item to make sure it is undamaged prior to shipping. Any damages you find need to be reported to us immediately because damaged jewelry cannot be returned to us. Damages incurred during shipping are the only exception. Retain all packaging and receipts.

    If you decide that this The Golf Club is not for you, simply return it, no questions asked. Golf Clubs must be in its original condition with original packaging and materials. It will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it has not been worn. If it has been played, it cannot be sold as new and will not be accepted for return.


    How To Make A Return

    All returns over USD $500.00 must have prior authorization. Call Customer Service at 888-453-0102 or email us at Returns to obtain authorization prior to returning any item over USD$500.00 to insure proper credit. Return item in its original packaging. Make sure to insure the package for its full price. You are responsible for it until we receive it.

    Include contact information, e-mail and/or phone number, and we will contact you when your return is credited to your account. We are committed you, our customers -- even if you are making a return.


    Damaged Items
    We inspect every item for flaws prior to shipping. However, we do understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping. Therefore, please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it. If you elect to return any jewelry because of damages incurred during shipping, we must receive it within 30 (thirty) days of the date of purchase. Retain all packaging and receipts.

    Customized Items
    If an item has been customized in any way or sized to fit you, we cannot accept a return for a refund.
