Trade-In

All Trades with the Golf Club need to initiated by calling 1-888-453-0102 for confirmation of the trade or sale of the item.

Please go to PGA Value Guide to determine your club(s) approximate trade value. Actual trade value for used clubs is determined according to Golf Club Condition (described below) and market value when we receive them. 99% of the trades we receive fall into the PGA Value Guide "Mid" range.

All Trade-In-Value prices are subject to change so please confirm your Trade price immediately before conducting your transaction.

A trade will only be accepted toward another Golf wood or Iron set of equal or more value. No refunds or credits will be issued for amounts over the purchase price. Please Note: Clubs with these problems will either be sent back or will be offered a lower trade in value.

	You will receive a Trade Confirmation via e-mail upon completion of your order. A copy of this Trade Confirmation must accompany you trade. Items received without the Trade Confirmation may be refused.
	The Trade Confirmation is valid for a period of 30 days following completion of the qualifying purchase. If we do not receive your trade within 30 days, your trade will be revalued according to the trade values current at the time of receipt.
	If you do not find your club listed on the Trade Confirmation, we are not currently accepting trades on that club.
	The Golf Club and all participating retailers reserve the right to refuse ANY club deemed unacceptable. If this is the case, the club will be returned to you at our expense.
	Irons sets must consist of at least eight (8) irons in either a 3-PW or 4-SW combination. Additional irons/wedges may be traded and will be valued at 1/10th the set value for each additional iron, provided all irons are part of a "matching" set and there are no duplicate clubs within the set. To be considered "matching," the set must have consistent shaft models, shaft lengths, shaft flexes and lie angles. Otherwise, the clubs will be valued as individual irons, each at 1/10th the set value. Example: If the "matched" 8 club set price is $300; 8 mismatched clubs would be valued at $30 each - or $240 for the mismatched set.
	A maximum of two (2) iron sets and four (4) individual woods and/or drivers may be traded within a thirty- (30) day period.
	Upon receipt, inspection and approval of your trade, we will provide payment in the amount of the trade value for the item(s) we receive. Payment will be issued within 10 business days from receipt of your club(s). If there are any questions or adjustments to be made, we will contact you to discuss them before issuing payment for the trade.
	The trade value will be remitted to you in the same form used to make your original purchase (i.e. credit card or check). If payment cannot be made in the same form, a check will be issued for the trade value and will be mailed to the billing address we have on file.
	You are responsible for sending your trade item(s) to The Golf Club . We advise that you use a method that provides tracking, proof of delivery and insurance against damage. The Golf Club will not be responsible for non-delivery or damage to trade in items during shipment.
	International Customers: The Trade In! Trade Up! Program through this Web site is not currently available to international customers. Any trades sent to The Golf Club from outside the United States or Canada will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. The Golf Club is not responsible for shipping charges, non-delivery or damage to trade items during shipment. We are currently testing international expansion of the Trade In! Trade Up! Program to countries outside of the United States and will post details about future expansion as they become available.

Golf Club Condition

	Like New These clubs have yet to be put into play and have no to very limited visible signs of use. This is essentially slightly shop worn stock product coming directly from the golf shop.
	Excellent These clubs have been extremely well cared for and have seen very limited play. They exhibit exceptional cosmetic appearance with only slight signs of usage.
	Very Good Clubs in this category have been well cared for while being played and used under normal circumstances. These clubs show typical signs of use, with no dings, skymarks or excessive wear.
	Good These clubs are very playable, but exhibit one or a combination of light scratching on the face, sole, or crown. None of these cosmetic alterations will affect the playability characteristics or integrity of this club.
	Fair Fair clubs, although playable, have one or a combination of heavy scratches, skymarks, or light dings. These clubs have been played, and give the appearance of use, but the integrity or playability of the club has not been compromised.
	Poor Poor condition clubs are effected to the point of not being playable, therefore we do not offer this product to our customers.
